API NITRA-ZORB is a ready-to-use filter media pouch designed to remove ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate from your aquarium. Made of natural and synthetic ion-exchange resins, this media selectively eliminates toxins that harm freshwater fish.

Directions for Use

1. Rinse pouch under tap water to remove dust.

2. Place pouch in path of water flow in the aquarium filter.

3. New aquariums or ammonia/nitrite present: Recharge every 5 days for the first month, then every 2 weeks for the second month.

4. Established aquariums: Recharge every 2 weeks.

5. When nitrate is detected: Recharge every 5 days until nitrate is below 20 ppm.

6. Replace pouch after 2 months.

To recharge:

• Dissolve 4 tbsp (80 g) of API Aquarium Salt in 8 oz (240 ml) warm water.

• Soak pouch for 2 hours, rinse lightly.

• Store in recharging solution when not in use.
